How do I get my badge?
There will be on-site pickup for badges at Registration/eBadge Exchange counter in the Anaheim Convention Center. Registration hours for Anaheim 2020 are:

  • Wednesday 3–5 p.m.
  • Thursday 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Friday 6:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday 6:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

The best time to arrive is prior to 7 a.m. if you are planning a morning class. Regardless of your arrival time, our goal is to have your badge in your hands in five minutes or less.

How does reserved seating work?
To alleviate the frustration of not finding a seat in a popular lecture, we've designated reserved seating sections in select courses. To take advantage of this opportunity, you must register in advance for the select lectures. These select lectures are identified in the online registration system.

Important details:

  • Seats will be held up to 10 minutes after the program begins, after which time the seats will be released.
  • A separate entrance will be available for reserved seating eTicket holders.
  • Reserved seating is grouped in a designated section.

Beyond the reserved seating options, all of the lectures are free on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sometimes the course schedules are tight and we have trouble accessing the lectures and workshops we want.
CDA Presents encourages attendees to allow time in their schedules and not plan courses back to back to ensure the best possible experience. We continue to assess popular courses and in some instances add additional overflow rooms and reserved seating options.

How do I receive C.E. credit for attending a course?
To ensure credit, arrive on time, scan in and out and attend the course in its entirety. As a backup, capture the 3-digit code given verbally at the end of the course. Credit will not be given for course scan times that overlap. Note: The Dental Board of California limits licensees to 8 hours of C.E. per day for license renewal. For more detailed info, visit the C.E. section.

How do I access my C.E. certificates?
C.E. certificates are available approximately three weeks after the meeting and licensed attendees will receive an email notification when the certificates can be accessed online. To access your C.E. certificates, first log in to If you do not already have an account, you'll need your license/ADA information, as applicable, to create one. Once logged in, go to My Account and Show C.E./Transcript. Please note, certificates are no longer mailed or emailed unless explicitly requested.

How do I access course handouts?
Downloadable course handouts are not available for all courses. However, if the speaker does provide handouts, they will be made available online at and on the CDA mobile app.
